Yield: 2 quarts popcorn

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts of popped popcorn
  • ½ c. sugar
  • 1 ½ c. sugar
  • 1 c. oleo
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • nuts (optional)

Directions

  • In a pot, mix the syrup, sugar, and oleo. Boil 15 to 30 minutes until caramel colored.
  • Add the vanilla. Pour the mixture over the popcorn. Add nuts. Stir. Then spread over wax paper to cool.
