Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- ½ medium yellow onion, finely chopped
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- ¾ cup seasoned bread crumbs (fine); can also use crackers
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- additional catsup or BBQ sauce for coating
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F.
- Mix all ingredients until combined.
- Pat into greased loaf pan or cake pan.
- Generously coat top and sides of loaf with additional catsup (can also use BBQ sauce)
- Cook until thermometer inserted into the center of the loaf reads 160 °F. Remove from oven and let rest 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm with yummy sides.
