Corn Fritters

Ingredients

  • ½ c. bread flour
  • ½ c. self-rising flour
  • 2 T. milk
  • 1 T. melted butter
  • ¼ c. frozen cream-style corn
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ t. baking powder
  • oil for frying

Directions

  • Mix milk, egg, butter and corn.
  • Stir in dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Drop by spoon-full into hot (350 degrees F) oil and fry until golden brown.
