Ingredients
- ½ c. bread flour
- ½ c. self-rising flour
- 2 T. milk
- 1 T. melted butter
- ¼ c. frozen cream-style corn
- 2 T. sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ t. baking powder
- oil for frying
Directions
- Mix milk, egg, butter and corn.
- Stir in dry ingredients and mix well.
- Drop by spoon-full into hot (350 degrees F) oil and fry until golden brown.
