Chicken Pot Pie Biscuits

Yield: about a dozen small biscuits (enough to cover the top of a 10 inch soup pot)

Ingredients
- 1 c. instant biscuit mix (Bisquick) or self-rising flour
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
- ¼ tsp. thyme
- ¼ tsp. garlic salt
- ¼ - ½ tsp. sage
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 6 Tbsp. milk
Directions
- Mix together everything but the milk.
- Add the milk and mix.
- With floured hands, roll into small (1 ½ inch round, ½ inch thick) biscuits.
- Layer the biscuits on top of a chicken pot pie.
- Cook uncovered at 450 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits turn golden brown.
