Yield: one loaf of bread

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of frozen bread dough, thawed but not yet risen
  • ½ c. margarine
  • ¼ c. sugar
  • ½ c. brown sugar
  • 1 ½ t. cinnamon
  • nuts or raisins (optional)

Directions

  • Melt one stick of margarine in a small skillet. Add sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Tear or cut dough into one-inch balls and roll in the mixture in the skillet. Place in greased loaf pan as you go. Nuts and/or raisins can be sprinkled into the pan as you go.
  • Let dough rise.
  • Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees F or as dough specifies.
