Ingredients
1 ½ c. whole milk 3 tsp. sugar ¼ tsp. cardamom ¼ tsp. cinnamon 1 whole clove 1 black tea bag (oolong, darjeeling, etc.)
Directions
- Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add sugar, cardamom, and cinnamon, stirring.
- Add clove and tea bag.
- Heat until reduced to one cup.
