No-Roll Pie Crust

Yield: one 8-inch pie crust

Ingredients
- 1 ½ c. flour
- 1 T. sugar
- 1 t. salt
- ½ c. vegetable oil
- 2 T. milk
Directions
- Mix the ingredients in a bowl.
- Press into a pie pan. Bake as usual (as the recipe dictates).
Notes
- This is not quite enough crust for a good, thick 9-inch-pan crust.
- The crust is not very strong. Pressing it very firmly into the pan helps.
