Yield: one 8-inch pie crust

Rating: 2 of 5 – simple, fast

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ c. flour
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 1 t. salt
  • ½ c. vegetable oil
  • 2 T. milk

Directions

  • Mix the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Press into a pie pan. Bake as usual (as the recipe dictates).

Notes

  • This is not quite enough crust for a good, thick 9-inch-pan crust.
  • The crust is not very strong. Pressing it very firmly into the pan helps.
