Ingredients

  • 1 jar (about 8 oz.) chili sauce
  • ¼ - ½ tsp. powdered ginger
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • a pinch - ½ tsp. cayenne pepper (to taste)

Directions

  • mix well and baste on chicken before cooking
  • as you grill, frequently brush on chicken as you grill it
