-* Combine ground beef, spaghetti sauce, water, and wine.  Spread one-third of this sauce in a lightly-greased 12”x8”x2” baking dish.  Arrange 4 or 5 noodles on the sauce.  * Layer one cup of cottage cheese and one cup of Mozzarella on top.  Spoon on a half of the remaining sauce.  Repeat, beginning with the noodles, for the next layer, ending with the sauce.
