Ingredients
- 1 ½ c. whole milk
- 3 tsp. sugar
- ¼ tsp. cardamom
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- 1 whole clove
- 1 black tea bag (oolong, darjeeling, etc.)
Directions
- Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add sugar, cardamom, and cinnamon, stirring.
- Add clove and tea bag.
- Heat until reduced to one cup.
