  • 1 lb. Semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 2 T. amaretto liqueur
  • ¼ c. dipping chocolate, cocoa, powdered sugar, chopped almonds, or shredded coconut

Directions

  • In a saucepan, bring cream to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • Pour cream over chopped chocolate in a mixing bowl. Let sit for 30 seconds, then whisk until smooth.
  • Stir in amaretto and cool in the refrigerator (about 60 minutes).
  • When cold, beat until fluffy.
